How to order
Using our online store is simple, secure and the steps involved are set out below. If however you are having any difficulties, please email us.
The first time you order online with Foodle, we will set up your account. This allows you to accrue loyalty everytime you make a pet food purchase. You can check the status of your account by clicking on the ‘My Account’ tab. This also gives you the ability to update your details at any time. Rest assured that your credit card details are not stored.
Delivery information
Stock permitting, you should receive your purchase within 3-4 days of placing your order. Although we endeavour to have all items featured on our website available for immediate dispatch, occasionally demand may mean that a product sells out before we can update our site. If for any reason an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date. We will not charge you for that item until it is ready for dispatch.
We use PBT to ensure that all goods are delivered safely and undamaged. Usually we will require a signature on delivery unless you specifically request goods to be left somewhere without signing for them. Please note, this will be at your own risk.
Delivery charges
Our charges per average box are as follows:
North Island $7.00
South Island $10.00
Large and heavier items may incur a surcharge. We will confirm this with you before dispatch.
Overseas delivery
Charges are dependant upon weight and destination. We will obtain pricing and confirm this with you prior to dispatch.
Payment methods
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard.
Returning a product
We hope you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us and we will endeavour to solve the problem. We are happy to offer an exchange, credit or replacement on all goods returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
We cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty. For hygiene reasons creams and shampoos cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Postage and packaging charges are not refundable.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

- Use the Shopping menu tab to navigate to the categories and products you want to see.
- When you find a product that you would like to buy, simply type the quantity you want in the check box next to it.
- Then click on the ‘add to basket >>’ next to each product.
- This will then show you the items currently in your shopping bag. You can continue adding items to your shopping bag.
- At any time you can review and amend the items in your shopping bag by navigating to the product and changing the quantity, or by deleting it from your shopping basket.
- If you have finished shopping then select ‘go to checkout’ and follow the on-screen instructions.
- The first time you shop with us you will create an on-line account automatically. This is so that we can track your orders, and enable you to earn reward points with every order petfood. For subsequent orders you will log in using your email address and the password you selected when you made your first order.
- Complete your name, delivery and credit card details. The screen will prompt you if you have left any important details out. Your transaction will be processed in a completely secure environment and you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
